Design 1: A direct shot of the castle in the vertical slice. Inclusion of a path leading to the castle itself, ruined machinery and a symmertrical design to draw the viewers eye.
Design 2: Replaced the forest and mountains with a more direct and up close veiw of the castle. Not quite as interesting to look at.
Design 3B: To complement the castles position, the protagonist and the wreckage that frames them were moved to the opposite side of the cover. For colours, I kept the saturated palette but lightened it in areas to prevent it from appearing to drab and desolate.
Design 3C: Final design, including some lighter colours and the title of the game.
